Over Stressed
Unfortunately in this day and age, we often feel over-stressed. Life’s pressures can sometimes be overwhelming and an accumulation of stress can cause “burn-out”. This is when our body's natural stress mechanism is no longer functioning properly - we call this condition adrenal fatigue. But if our bodies are strong enough, we can be more resilient to stress. It is possible to measure and rebalance the stress hormones making you more able to cope with stress.
